🌟 ABOUT OUR DISPLAY STANDS FOR SONNY ANGEL HIPPERS

✦ We are the original creator of the Hipper Display Stands ♡
✦ We designed a custom seat that can hold their little booties in place, so that you don't need to use the adhesive.
✦ They can hold regular types of Hippers such as Animals, Harvest, and Dreaming - now including the Unicorn secret!
✦ The seats we designed do not hold the Looking Back series. But hopefully, we can design one for them in the future.

⚠️ 3D PRINTING DISCLAIMER

✦ Our products are 3D printed using PLA plastic.
✦ Due to the nature of 3D printing, some minor surface imperfections or texture differences may occur.
✦ These are normal and do not affect the functionality of the item. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping!
✦ Unfortunately, we do not offer our STL files for sale. Each design is something we've poured a lot of time, care, and testing into — and we're constantly improving them based on feedback. For now, we've chosen to keep our 3D models private. Thank you for understanding and supporting our work!

✦ Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
✦ Domestic (USA) shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
✦ International shipping may take 10-21 business days depending on your location.
✦ Please note that customs processing may cause delays and buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.

🔄 RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

✦ We currently do not accept returns.
✦ However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 2 weeks of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
✦ We'll be happy to offer a replacement depending on the situation.

🧼 HOW DO YOU CARE FOR DISPLAY STANDS?

✦ Gently dust with a soft cloth or brush.
✦ Avoid submerging in water or exposing to high heat or direct sunlight for extended periods, as it may warp the material.

🎁 DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING / NOTES?

✦ While we don't offer traditional gift wrapping but let us know if you would like to include a short note, we're happy to add a handwritten message!

✦ We love creating custom designs and collaborating with our customers!
